A ‘Can Do’ Culture of Pride in Our Work
"I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how grateful I am that there are still a few people who enjoy their trade enough to take pride in their work. Our wine labels are printed by Labeltronix, in Orange, California. Our work was placed there because of a great guy, Bill Huey. We had the opportunity to work with yet another great guy, Rudy Gomez. Rudy is the customer service manager for our account. Every time I need something, Rudy always makes it happen. Federal Tax and Trade Bureau has a problem with a word on the back label, the same day they are scheduled to print, Rudy says "Send me the revised artwork." I need to increase the print run because I calculated the label run without accounting for enough labels to put on the outside of the boxes, Rudy says "Tell me how many more." Every request I have ever had has been taken care of and expedited with no questions asked. The reason I want to acknowledge this is most people are quick to give praise to companies for having a culture of customer service. In this case, I think the culture of professionalism and care is Rudy's and he shares it with Labeltronix."

"I just wanted to send a thank you e-mail for the great job that Labeltronix did on our recent purchase. Our account rep Cherice Marino did a great job getting our order together with all the new dies to be made and design issues and she still delivered our labels in the nick of time before our busiest weekend of the year. We sold a lot of our first dessert wine that Valentines weekend because the labels showed up on that Friday. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything that Cherice did for us, even staying late to make sure that our labels got shipped when they were suppose to. Like most wineries we have had other label companies talking to us, but because of Cherice's commitment to getting us our labels when she said she would and everything else that she and your team did to make sure the new design was right and making it look as great as possible, I am no longer interested in what the other label companies have to say.
